Tho Consecration. It has been found necessary to issue tickets of admission to the services at tho consecration of Rev. Dr. atson, as Bishop of tho Diocese of East Caro lina, which is to take place on Thurs day iu Easter Week, April 17th. This will be the second instance only in which a Bishop of the Episcopal Church in North Carolina has been consecrated within the limits of the State. Bishop Lyman was consecrated .in Raleigh.
